absolutely horrendous experience at this so-called 5-star hotel! the reception staff were totally unprofessional and left me feeling unwelcome. also, the cleanliness was questionable, with dirt clearly overlooked. shockingly, i was treated like an ordinary guest, when i expected a complimentary upgrade as compensation for my troubles. a disgrace, really.

My stay was absolutely delightful! The rooftop pool provided stunning panoramic views of the city, making for a perfect evening. I stayed in a spacious King Premium room with a lovely view. Aida from housekeeping made my day with her fabulous hospitality, and the team really knows how to deliver service that makes you smile.
But let's just say the shades of 'sauna' come to mind with those synthetic quilts! the breakfast area looked like it could use a little TLC – artificial grass can only do so much.

Unique Themed Experience with Fantastic Staff
I recently enjoyed a stay here where the superhero and sci-fi decor added a playful touch to my experience. The staff were incredible—everyone from the concierges dressed like Gotham henchmen to the friendly housekeeping team going the extra mile for my requests. The pool area was fantastic, although I didn't get to use it. One downside was the dining options. while the American-style burger place was good, there could be more variety in the menu.
